We are a full-service PDN agency that services both the pediatric and geriatric populations.  We have an immediate need for LPN/RNs to fill shifts, nights and weekend hours.  This opportunity awaits motivated and ambitious professionals looking to work under the direction of our Nurse-Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Requirements: 

•          Current LPN/RN license in the state
•          2+ years' nursing experience
•         Up to date first aid and CPR certification
•         Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
•         Compassionate and friendly demeanor
•         Required Medicals
