As our registered nurse, you will:

• Maintain detailed record and report symptoms and changes in conditions
• Care plan for patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Overview all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
• Supervise CNAs or specific units
• Nursing Home experience preferred but not required
• IL RN License preferred.
