Lincoln Crawford Care Center is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) UNIT MANAGER with experience as a RN in a managerial position. The Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) UNIT MANAGER will be resposobile for assisting the DON, Director of Nursing and handling infection prevention.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES OF Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) UNIT MANAGER: All qualified applicants should possess the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality and
• RN/LPN in OH
• Infection prevention trained
• Experience with wound care 
• Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care
• Previous health care/long term care experience.
• Must have strong sense of urgency, self-motivation and goal-orientation.
