The Waters of Johnson City has immediate openings for RN/LPN Day and Night Shift and Weekend Only Shifts

Sign On Bonus $2500.00 (Full Time)

LPN $19.00 - $21.00 baced on experience plus $3.00 shift diff after 2PM, and an additional $3.00 if working every weekend (12 hour shifts for weekend)

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents

Prepares and administers medications charts as required

Administers treatments

  • Consults with physicians
  • Communicates with director of nursing and staff
  • Long term care experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed in Tennessee

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
