Douglas Manor is a 90-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Windham, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring a Per Diem RN Supervisor. Come join our team!

The responsibility of a RN Supervisor includes, but is not limited to:

·         Ensure that all nursing service personnel are in compliance with their respective job descriptions.

·         Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.

·         Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.

·         Ensure that all RNs and LPNs on your shift comply with written procedures for the administration, storage, and control of medications and supplies.

·         Meet with residents, and/or family members, as necessary. Report problems to the Director.

 RN Supervisor Salary:

  • Up to $46.00/hour 

Requirements:

·         Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse.

·         Experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.

·         Be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.

·         Be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 4 feet.
