Richboro Rehabilitation & Health Center in Richboro, Pa is ACTIVELY SEEKING a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our "Dynamic Team" of Caring & Compassionate staff touching the lives of our residents.

This RN Unit Manager position is primarily Monday through Friday with a rotating Nurse on Call.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will implement and interpret organizational policies.
• The RN Unit Manager will attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team.
• The RN Unit Manager will supervise the nurses and nurse aides on the unit.
• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will ensure proper documentation is being completed.
• The RN Unit Manager will participate in care plans with the clinical team.

What we are looking for:

• Active PA RN License
• Compassion and Kindness
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Experience in Acute and LTC settings preferred
• 1 year supervisory experience required
