Responsibilities of a RN Unit Manager:

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities of the facility
• Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standard guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and may be required by the Director of Nursing Services
• To ensure the highest quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications of a RN Unit Manager:

• As Nurse Manager, you are delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
