Compensation:

  • $38 - $44 an hour (based on experience) 
  • $3,000 Sign on Bonus
  • $5,000 Tuition Assistance Available Annually

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Registered Nursing License by date of employment required.
  • Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Long Term Care and Acute Care experience preferred.
  • RN new grads are encouraged to apply as they would be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • The RN Unit Nurse Manager is responsible for the delivery of resident/patient care through utilization of the nursing process, and through coordination and supervision of the nursing personnel providing care.
  • Provides clinical supervision of resident/patient care.
  • Provides 24-hour accountability for resident/patient care.
  • Provides oversight and leadership of nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations; Joint Commission standards; accepted standards of nursing practice; quality outcomes; and excellent customer satisfaction.
