Registered Nurse

$10,000 Sign on bonus. $2500 paid out quarterly. Requires 1 year commitment.

Position Purpose:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing all aspects of nursing care to assigned patients through the nursing process. Ability to supervise and participate in patient care to ensure maximum welfare of patients and staff on the unit. Assesses, plans, directs, and evaluates nursing responsibilities to ensure quality of care. Performs intake assessments. Develops and updates nursing care plan, reviews chart and provides crisis intervention services. Provides therapeutic milieu, delegate and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Mental Health Specialists.

Basic Qualifications:

Possess current Registered Nurse license from the State of Oklahoma. Minimum of one-year nursing experience preferred in psychiatric field. Good written and communication skills are necessary.
