Alden Poplar Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare facilty is looking for RN's to join our team!

We offer great and competitve wages including shift differentials for PM/NOC shift!

We offer our RN's a $10,000 sign on bonus program for full time and part time employees! We begin paying your sign on bonus IMMEDIATELY at an extra rate of $5.00 per hour until your bonus is paid in full!

We also offer a Refer a friend bonus of $1,000 for RN's!

We celebrate those employees who make a difference! We have part-time and full-time positions available for RN's and we will work around your school (yours or your kids) schedule if needed. All shifts are needed. We have a general population of skilled and intermediate nursing care. This is a large, community based, friendly home comprised of long term and sub-acute care residents in varied populations including geriatrics, short term rehabilitation, hospice, and memory care.

Our Alden RN's collaborate with our CNA's who provide ADL care for our residents as well as work hand in hand with their nurses to provide weights, vitals, skin care and change in resident behavior/status information. Resident Attendents help support our healthcare team and provide improved services to your residents. Our electronic health record system is simple and easy to navigate and our training is comprehensive to help you feel comfortable.

RN's participate in the clinical assessments/data gathering and care, admission/discharge detail, medication management, and are part of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement process to always ensure we are getting better! Our orientation program for RN's helps to ensure newer nurses are supported and educated to ensure a seamless transition into our facility and into our electronic medical record system.

Our RN employees are provided with all the PPE they need to do their job and stay safe. Employees are expected to wear this PPE through their work shifts. Vaccinations and testing are provided per CDC guidance on-site, free of charge.

Candidates must be able to lift/push/pull 35 pounds and carry it 35 feet and be able to pass a healthcare worker background check and a drug test to be considered for employment. Candidates must speak, read, and write fluent English.
