Job Description

Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse to fill a three-month assignment working 12hr Nights: 7p-7:30a - you can choose either 36 or 48 hr/week in Med Surg. Our client has a Clinical Excellence Focus, promoting the use of evidence based practice through the nursing process, protocols and procedures and is regularly recognized for outstanding quality and patient experience.

Compensation of the Registered Nurse
Salary: $66 - $71 / hour based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.*

Responsibilities of the Med Surg Registered Nurse
Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementations, and evaluation of the plan of care.
Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
Carries out functions according to medical center policy, mission, and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse
1 year current Med Surg experience in hospital setting
BLS
EPIC EMR experience - required
Wisconsin state RN license
Compact license allowed
