REMOTE ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES
The Workday HRIS Manager will provide daily leadership to the team of HRIS Analysts that support all enabled Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Talent/Performance, and Compensation.
This position will also support standards and practices, procedures and resources to maintain applications consistent with business requirements including appropriate business continuity, systems availability, quality management, reporting, technical services support and application enhancements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Workday administration and support.
- The Workday HRIS Manager Contributes to overall strategic design of Workday application.
- Facilitates Workday governance committee (Change Control Board) meetings, gains consensus from board members to prioritize application change requests
- Reviews application system project requests and coordinate schedules and related departmental activities.
- Provide direction and guidance to assigned analysts, project managers, and developers.
- Prepare activity and progress reports regarding applications systems projects and enhancements.
- The Workday HRIS Manager will manage on-going customer service and problem resolution for ERP solutions and any integrations to other applications.
- Manage day-to-day application support, enhancements, maintenance, interfaces, reporting and resource management
- Manage application issues and issue resolution
- Develop and/or review SOPs, specific practices and procedures, as well as other technical documents
- Proactively managing assigned responsibility to achieve business and strategic goals
Education/Licensing/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or comparable experience
Experience/Knowledge:
- Must have demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and operations of Workday HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Talent/Performance, and Absence
- Prior direct experience functioning in a similar role at an organization of similar size and complexity desirable.
- 1+ year(s) experience in a leadership role or must complete Leadership Fundamentals training within 6 months of moving into this role.
- Advanced project management training and experience highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley regulations, Sarbanes Oxley implementation experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with HIPPA regulations, HIPAA implementation experience highly desirable

More Information about this Job:
Starting Compensation:$120,000 - $130,000 DOE
