Remote Mortgage Loan Officer / Loan Originator - New Purchase

Compensation: Guaranteed Pay + Uncapped Commission! Nonrecoverable hourly base pay + commission = $140,000 - $200,000+ annually! All lead-sourced with self-sourced optional.

Location: Full-time remote for CST/EST candidates.

Mortgage Loan Officer Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience required, including closing new purchase loans
• Must hold an active mortgage license in TX state
• Must reside in the CST or EST timezone
• Must have NMLS number
• Proven history of success in sales and/or sales Management
• Strong phone sales skills
