Job Description
Position Summary:
The Repackaging Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of ensuring products that are separated from their packages are to be reunited with the packaging and make sure the product is in sellable condition and able to maintain and be accountable for all inventory in the repackaging area. This role requires strong attention to details, may involve auditing and ensuring area is organized brands are accounted for.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Receive and process manual invoices.
Accountable for Repacking of product in the breakage area.
Ensures the efficient transport of products to the proper location, based on set production schedules while handling documents of daily inventory of supplies and checks.
Prepare and package materials, units, and products for shipments
Experience Handling Damaged Product-Glass & Cans
Putting together cardboard boxes and trays
Will be required to use MHR equipment (Pallet jack)
Will also use PPE-Gloves, Hot glue gun, Cutters, tape, and wear Boots.
Produce weekly inventory report.
Monitor on-hand inventory levels and ensure minimum levels of generic POS is maintained.
Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Must be flexible with schedule, in the event of a business change.
Must have 1-3 years of experience (for example working in a distribution center environment, grocery dock, store receiver, logistics, backroom or other positions which require continuous heavy lifting.)
Strong communications skills and the ability to communicate with the leadership team.
Must be able to work independently, depending on projects you will sometimes work on a team project.
Ability to keep up with the demands of our brands and ability to get product out the door accurately and quickly.
Maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license.
The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 65 lbs. on a regular basis. Frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach with hands and arms.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
