Position Title: Account Executive

Job Type: Full-time, contract

Salary: Base + Competitive commission with uncapped incentive

In this role, you will be:

  • Learning to manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to completion of the sale
  • Contacting prospective clients by phone, engaging with C-suite level contacts to introduce our financial services, working tenaciously to maximize your contact levels to grow your book of business
  • Work towards weekly KPI’s and monthly sales targets; both individually and as a team
  • Building strong relationships with clients to effectively hand-over to our client success team

Pay: Base + Uncapped Commission

  • Target pay $70,000 - $120,000
  • Frequent bonuses
  • Annual company vacation offered for hitting sales metrics.

Training & Mentorship

In-House Training: We provide the training you’ll need to succeed and promote through the company! You will earn your full rate of pay throughout your time training; we not only offer training around the business but also personal development training to enable you to excel.

Location & Schedule

  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Preferred Experience

  • Sales: 1 year
  • Customer Service: 1 year
  • Experience building client relationships
