We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Coordinator/LPN.

 

Schedule:   Full-Time 10am-6pm

Salary:    Starting at $55,000 - based on experience

 

Resident Care Coordinator/LPN Responsibilities include:

  •        Supervise, develop, and schedule all resident care department staff providing day to day care of the residents according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
  •        Ensures proper orientation training of new/existing resident care department staff and ensure that completed documentation is reflective of this
  •        Serves as a team member in recruiting, screening, and interviewing of all resident care department staff
  •        Responsible for appropriate staffing levels needed to meet the needs of the facility and state guidelines, to including filling in for staff during unexpected shortages
  •        Administer medications as allowed per state specific and PSL guidelines when required.

Resident Care Coordinator/LPN Education & Experience:

  •        Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), preferred
  •        Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in human services and one year of full-time work experience in a related field or
  •        Associates degree with major course work in human services and three years of full-time work experience in a related field or
  •        High school diploma or equivalency plus 5 years related experience required.
  •        Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, preferred
