Ridgecrest is now accepting applications for a LPN-Resident Care Director for Assisted Living. L.P.N. licensure required. Assisted Living experience a must. This position implements the standards of resident care on a 24-hour basis in the AL unit of the campus. This position oversees the nursing aspects, directing and evaluating Assisted Living.

A. Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two or Four year college or university degree required.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse is required.

B. Direct Previous Experience
- Administrative and management experience required.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position required.
- Five years of healthcare experience desired.
- Remain in good standing with all standards of the Nurse Practice Act.

C. Skills:
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) plus the willingness to learn other computer programs if required.
