Prefer RN with prior AL experience and knowledge of EOEA policies and procedures, as well as experience with COVID protocols. Looking for candidate to participate as member of executive management team to assist with day to day operations as well as census and program development.

Job Description Summary:

• Responsible for staffing and managing all licensed and non licensed nursing staff-

• Monitors overall quality of resident care, policies and procedures

• Responsible for esuring compliance with all EOEA regulations, including COVID compliance

• Maintains close contact with all residents and families ongoing

• Coordinates assessments for all new move ins with Admissions department

• Responsible for medication management for all residents

• Participates with all othe department in marketing and sales efforts as needed

• Works closely and collaboratively with Executive Director for all other day to day operations of community
