Currently seeking skilled and driven Resident Care Manager/ Infection Prevention Nurse to welcome our ever-growing team!

Resident Care Manager Expectations

• Manage the over-site of all resident care.
• Ensure staff maintain credentials and certification as required by licensing agency
• Develop collaborative relationships with appropriate physicians, pharmacy, home care
• Assist with creation of residents’ care plans.
• Must maintain and encourage a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation

Requirements:

• Valid state license(s)
• Current CPR/First Aid.
• Two or more years of staff supervision, management preferred
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
