Overview of the Restorative Aide:

We are seeking a restorative certified nursing aide to coordinate, implement and provide restorative nursing care for all residents in the Center with the direction of the rehabilitation and nursing departments and maximize and maintain the physical functioning and emotional wellness of all the residents. Additional responsibilities include:

• overseeing, directing and participating in restorative programs initiated for individual residents
• facilitating each resident’s transition from skilled rehab services to the restorative progressive and preventative programs
• maintaining restorative nursing progress/documentation records for all participating residents
• visiting each resident daily and/or as needed to ensure the program’s productivity

• Certified nursing assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy/ procedures
• Ability to positively interact with everyone from residents to government agencies and the general public
• Must be vaccinated for covid19
