Restorative aides are healthcare professionals who are responsible for providing restorative and rehabilitation care for residents/patients to maintain or regain physical, mental and emotional well-being. This individual must have an active CNA in Nebraska.

Qualifications:

Must have an active CNA in Nebraska

Prior experience and knowledge in Restorative Care

Pay: $16-$20 based on experience

Schedule: Flexible hours with every other Saturday.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follows restorative programs tailored to each resident's needs
• Assist with range of motion, ADLs, ambulation, group exercise, individual exercise, strengthening, etc.. 
• Motivate your residents to prevent decline
• Communicates with the Director of Therapy and DON regarding restorative programs
• Accurate documentation and time management
• Demonstrates awareness of proper infection control practice by using Universal Precautions
• May assist with general clerical duties.
• Reports all patient and workplace incidents immediately to the DON
• Adheres to all facility and worksite rules, policies and procedures
• Other Certified Nursing Aide duties as assigned
