Premier Healthcare is looking for Restorative Aide/CNA that will serve an integral role in our team. This position allows our Restorative Aide/CNA to provide direct care and support, servicing a geriatric population.

Job Description
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Delegation of Authority
As a Restorative Aide/CNA, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

· Record vital signs as directed by medical nursing staff
· Gather information from nurses about patient condition and treatment given.
· Examine patients in order to detect symptoms in need of medical attention.
· Document patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
· Perform other assistant nursing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- CPR Certification
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
- Customer Service orientated
- You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
