WHO WE ARE: Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center - a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Starke, FL is currently seeking a CNA.  We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to join our team.

As a Restorative CNA within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist RNs and Physicians with daily procedures, and help with the overall support of the clinical staff.  Here @ Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.  

SHIFTS AVAILABLE = 7a-3p, 10a-6p

Restorative CNA Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Perform restorative nursing services (this may include range of motion, splint/bracing, bed mobility, transfers/walking)
• Perform tasks to individual residents or as part of a small group class
• Coordinate dining room service
• Assists with weighing residnts according to facility policy and documenting weights
• Assis with tracking the condition of splints/braces of residents who require them
• Keep nurse and supervisor informed of resident condition
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) License highly preferred
• Advanced Organizational & Multi-Tasking Skills
• Coachable Attitude, Team Player, Pleasant Demeanor
