Restorative Aide

Essential Job Fuctions:

Provide care to residents that is designed to strengthen muscles, assist with mobility, and promote independence

Perform Active Range of Motion and Passive Range of Motion in a safe manner to residents

Provide good body alignement, positioning devices and contracture padding as appropriate 

Monitors and assists with the performance of Activities of Daily Living to promote resident involvement to the highest extent possible 

Perform all duties and functions as listed in the Certified Nurse's Assistant job description

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. 

Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
