The ideal RNA candidate will assist residents in various therapeutic activities designed to aid them regain more independent lives, especially after injury or illness. RNA's should develop an awareness of residents’ needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation. As a Sandstone clinical staff members, it is our responsibility to create a safe environment in which to provide direct resident care and assist in residents’ activities of daily living. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services and/or designee.

 Qualifications

• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of the Certified Restorative Program Education. Certification is required for entry for this position.
• Experience/Training – Minimum of one-year experience preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – CNA or state equivalent. RNA, CPR, Fingerprint Clearance Card Level 1.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
