The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Retail Lead to join our team at the Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Retail Lead, you will direct and supervise the activities and performance of associates in your specific department.

Retail Lead starts at $15.50 / Hour!

Responsibilities

• Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively shown.
• Ensuring selling space is maintained in a clean, orderly, and attractive condition.
• Maintain orderly back stock and work with outside vendors to maintain proper inventory.
• Keep co-workers on task absent of the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds.
