Our Sales Representatives are the best in the industry.  They provide our guests with a non-pressured shopping experience that is enjoyable, fun, and productive.  They use a consultative selling approach to find the right merchandise to fit the guests wants, needs, and budget.

Sales Representatives receive an hourly base pay plus commission. Full time earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000 annually!    Full time is a five day work week of Saturday, Sunday, and thee weekdays or Part time which includes weekends. 

No furniture or bedding sales experience?  Not to worry, we provide 12 weeks of paid training so that you are highly knowledgeable and ready to succeed. 

Requirements include:

• Preferably 2 years of commissioned sales experience
• Success in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Professional demeanor and dress
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 consecutive hours , averaging 7 miles per shift
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules include both Saturday and Sunday
