Roving Retail Technician

Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions retail stores are popping up across the country. We are looking for roving in-store retail technicians to travel to stores in each district. These stores offer device repair in local communities. This is a great opportunity for people of all skill levels to join our team.

SIGN ON BONUS - $1500.00

Starting Pay - $17.00, per hour + uncapped sales & repair commission potential

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service or retail sales experience
• Experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with 1+ years of driving experience
• Ability to travel a radius of up to 100 miles (store to store)

What you will be doing:

• Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences
• Safely travel in a personal vehicle to locations throughout a designated market (daily)
• Perform repairs for all devices efficiently
• Sell and upsell products and warranty to every guest
• Achieve sales goals
• Handle work orders
• Manage inventory
• Oversee buybacks and product returns
• Learn and provide best practices between stores
• Share feedback for store improvements
