Job Description

OUR NEEDS: We are looking for experienced and nonexperienced crews to do fieldwork on our foreclosed homes.

We do regular maintenance on foreclosures, we do grass cuts, lock changes, lockbox installation, winterizations, dead tree/limbs removal, shrub trimming, board-ups, debris/trash outs, painting, sheetrock, rehab renovations, minor roof repairs.

We are a full-service Asset Management Company, we clear out, cleaning up, and restore homes that have been neglected, abandoned, and/or foreclosed… more
