Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Receive in truckloads of incoming ingredients, housekeeping, fixing small mechanical issues that arise, and help Mash Mill Operator in producing feed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to twist, stoop/bend, squat and climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
• Must be clean-shaven to wear proper dust protection
• Able to write legibly
• Able to verbally communicate with supervisor, co-workers, team members, and outside grain and ingredient delivery customers,
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Demonstrated mechanical ability

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior feed mill experience (1-2 years)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous pelleting experience
