Job Duties & Responsibilities

·        Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main caregiver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living

·        Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests

·        Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team

·        Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs

Qualifications

• One must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Have a friendly disposition and live under the motto of going the extra mile for coworkers and residents alike.
