Newport Meadows, in sprawling Amish county, is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Supervisor to support the team full time on the 3p-11pm shift. Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
• How to be a successful candidate:
• Have at least1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
• Have at least1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

Qualifications

Must have an active RN license in the state of PA.

1-year supervisory experience in a long-term care or physical rehab setting, preferred
