 Responsibilities

·        Provide oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff  

·        Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned

·        Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned

·        Take possession of the med-cart when the situation warrants

Qualifications & Skill Set Required

·        Valid RN License/Permit to work as a GN in the state of Pennsylvania

·        Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required

·        Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care

·        Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility

·        Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred

·        Have excellent oral and written communication skills
