Job Description

We are searching for a SR. Workday HRIS Manager. The SR. Workday HRIS Manager will be an intricate member leadership engaging with HR, IT and Corporate Management. The incumbent will plan, strategize and objectives to support and enable the attraction, engagement, development and retention of the best people resources to achieve business objectives, goals and strategies.
Must haves

o Four-year degree required, preferably in Information Systems, HR or business-related field. Master’s degree preferred.

o 10+ years in an HRIS/HR technology role with five of those years utilizing Workday

o 5+ years of management experience

o Cornerstone experience

o Depth and breadth of HR, business and technical knowledge and experience, expertise in HRIS and is seen as an expert in this field.

o Willingness to stay abreast of new technology trends in the HRIS space, especially Workday and Cornerstone, and recommends future enhancements, functionality, and upgrades

    Relocation Assistance will be available for the ideal candidate

    Salary Range: up to $150k - $155k for someone with the level of experience we require

    Target Bonus: 15%

    Long Term Incentive: $10k

    401k – 3% automatic company contribution, plus up to 6% dollar for dollar match
