Must have at least (2-3) years of plant level, safety, health, and general environmental compliance background along with a Bachelor degree. This position will serve as the lead EHS resource for a non-union heavy manufacturing facility with a servant leader and collaborative approach.

Lead the implementation of the company’s EHS Playbook and align the site’s EHS activities with the overall company enterprise-wide EHS strategies. Report directly into the Site Manager with a strong dotted line into a Regional EHS Manager.
