About The Role In this role, you will work with a group of Talent Coordinators who are passionate about the candidate experience and ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates, hiring teams and spread #UberLOVE wherever needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule and track candidates throughout their interview process utilizing an internal applicant tracking system.
  • Effectively communicate with candidates informing them of their interview schedule, logistics, status, etc.
  • Heavy calendar management including scheduling phone, virtual onsite and onsite interviews.
  • Partner with Recruiters to ensure a premium candidate experience.
  • Multi-task effectively, working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment.

What You'll Need:
  • 1-2 years as a Recruiting Coordinator or administrative experience
  • Ability to successfully support multiple partners and requests while delivering a high degree of service.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & Outlook as well as G-Suite to manipulate, interpret, and format reports.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR ticketing.

What You'll Do

Active management of recruiting partner relationships via weekly meetings, teamwork initiatives, and process improvements
  • Document TC playbooks and training processes to sustain continuous learning and enablement
  • Consolidate and organize recruiting coordination resources
  • Build team culture through events, recognition, and similar initiatives
  • Provide TCs with queue delegation & support to align workload
  • Work with your TC Lead to handle issues with team members not following standard methodologies & queue protocol (i.e. cherry picking) or bottlenecks in the TC process
  • Assist with interviews
  • Introduction into Project management as it pertains to Talent Coordination team
  • Light scheduling to support TC teams when queues are heavy.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 years of professional experience as a recruiting coordinator or admin.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months minimum as a Talent Coordinator
  • Knowledge of G Suite including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Computer savvy: experience navigating in ATS and other recruiting tools; experience with iCIMS a plus
