Who are you?  
Are you passionate about working with youths and families? Enjoy working in a school setting? Looking for the flexibility of school hours? 

Have you obtained your Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in Psychology? Licensed as an LSW/LPC or higher? 

If full time isn't the right fit for you, we have flexibility to offer both part time and seasonal opportunities to support the schools during the 10 months that they are in session. This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 signing bonus.

Under the guidance of the Youth Clinical Supervisor, you will provide primarily school-based counseling services within Hancock County. The position may also involve some home and community-based work, depending on how many working hours fit your needs.  

You have the ability to obtain a driver's License, maintain auto insurance, earn CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting. 
In this role you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.

How you’ll make a difference in this role:

Help make a difference for underserved rural communities by providing a range of assessment and mental health counseling and therapy to youths, adolescents, and families. Help your clients in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. You will develop treatment plans through discussions with the client and provide subsequent review of cases. 

You will maintain a strengths-based approach while working with your clients and families. You will also establish a mutually respectful relationship and implement interventions that are necessary to meet the needs of your clients in a team based environment.

Maintain consultative relationships with other agencies, schools, and programs, to ensure quality client care and promote the coordination and development of mental health services. Complete referrals to other agency programs or external service providers as deemed clinically appropriate.
