Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Norton Mass

Starting Rate: $22.00 per hour/weekly pay

GENERAL JOB DUTIES

• Provide professional customer service and leadership
• Security officer duites, foot patrol, access control, vehicle patrol
• Supervise access control staff/ schedule coverage for open needs or call off's
• Inspect patrols or posts, on foot or in company provided vehicle, to insure compliance to client site requirements
• Monitor security activities through Closed Circuit Camera systems/ in person
• Prepare reports to Account Manager on daily/ weekly activity
• Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site and be liaison to police as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be fully vaccinated (Covid19)
• No less than 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced working environment eg. military/ law enforcement/ or crisis intervention
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable means of communication and transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Willingness to participate in the company's stringent pre-employment screening process
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass safe driving standards
• Second interview
