The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for creating reports, forecasting trends, troubleshooting data issues, and ad hoc projects.

What we are looking for this role to do:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports*
• Communicate with third parties and customers on a daily basis*
• Implement processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets*
• Provide innovative analytical insights
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams
• Support operational objectives by studying business functions and review processes*
• Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on analysis of current practices
• Conduct detailed data analysis on data used to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new features
• Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor and report on data quality
• Work closely with Account Management, Clients and Development teams

What you need to bring to the table:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business data analysis
• BS in Mathematics, Information Management or Statistics, Business, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong Excel skills are required. Experience with commonly used data analytics tools (such as R, Tableau, Python, SAS, Spark, etc.) is a bonus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information quickly while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to spot trends and notice outliers
• Ability to effectively prepare materials and communicate your insights
