• Experience in creating risk management files, DFMEA, PFMEA
• Responsible for engineering documentation.
• Experience in writing protocols and reports
• Train and/or provide work direction to technicians and other engineers
• Strong Knowledge of what is required for regulatory
• Partner with cross functional team such as Process Development, New Product Introduction, and Operations groups to
successfully develop products.
• May lead innovation of new technology in medical product family. Self-driven.
• BS in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or related engineering discipline.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years or more experience of experience OR Master’s Degree with 3 years or more experience
• Medical device design experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and broad knowledge of materials.
• Ability to provide technical leadership as it relates to product and process design
• Experience with DOEs and SPCs
• Knowledge in process development activities with skills in process improvement techniques such as Six sigma or DFM
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience of conducting verifications and validations for medical device products and processes.
