About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our Financial Advisor Integration and Growth team within Wealth and Investment Management. The Financial Advisor Integration and Growth (FAIG) department is charged with leading the organic growth of the Firm by attracting the most successful, experienced Financial Advisors across all Wells Fargo Advisors channels. As part of FAIG, the Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment of quality, experienced Financial Advisors and assisting the hiring manager/business owner by sourcing leads to improve the recruiting pipelines.

In this role, you will:
  • Proactively reach out to Financial Advisor (FA) prospects, support hiring managers/business owners with lead generation by building pipelines through making outbound calls, sending texts, emails, mailers and LinkedIn connections to FA Prospects to ensure sufficient lead flow and facilitate meetings
  • Collaborate and consult with Wealth Channel Development peers, colleagues and hiring managers/business owners to resolve issues, achieve goals, understand recruiting landscape, industry trends and the Wealth and Investment Management value proposition
  • Lead in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Wealth Channel Development functional area and contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within Wealth Channel Development functional area, follow up on leads report, national and market-level marketing campaigns, website leads/inquiries, generate prospecting reports and document notes/activity in Salesforce
  • Lead Wealth Channel Development projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Wealth Channel Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong prospecting, outbound sales, recruiting, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Ability to overcome sales obstacles
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media: LinkedIn
  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce or contact management system
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of the brokerage industry
