Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Remote

Compensation: up to $125k base + 25% bonus + equity

Skills: combination of digital and UX design skills and experience with the full cycle of UX

We are a global innovator of tech-enabled legal, contract, and compliance solutions for large enterprises. We are currently looking for a strong Senior UX Designer

with 5+ years of experience working with the full cycle of UX taking something from a concept to proposed design, show those to users, gotten feedback, reacted to feedback and updated the design, launched finalized designs . We expect to see a portfolio that has both application design and user interaction design work

What You Will Be Doing

• Will develop and foster key cross-functional relationships across our Product, Technology, Commercial (Sales & Marketing), and Client Service teams
• Working with the UX Director to conduct research and evangelize design culture and processes that will enable the company to develop world class experiences for current and future users of our technology
• Driving customer and user research activities in partnership with Product & Commercial teams.
• Developing thought design solutions that meet our customers and user needs
• Proactively participate in the Product development process including planning, research, prototyping, development, release and stakeholder reviews
  

What You Need for this Position

Must Have

• Excellent UX skills (combination of digital and UX design skills)
• A portfolio that has both application design and user interaction design work
• Proven work experience producing polished application visuals
• Ability to work beyond wireframe
• 5+ years of experience with the full cycle of UX (taking something from a concept to proposed design, show those to users, gotten feedback, reacted to feedback and updated the design, launched finalized designs)
• Very familiar with a lightweight feedback cycle
• Work experience talking directly with users, proposing design
  

Nice To Have

• Other visual work in portfolio is great too
• Background with user research, but this isnt a hybrid role
