Our client, a leading management consulting firm that specializes in pharma and life sciences industries is seeking Sr. User Experience/User Interface. The Sr. UX/UI Designer has strong visual & interaction design skills for mobile and desktop business applications, is great at visualizing data according to best practices, and has previous experience working in a human-centered design process.

This is a remote, hybrid role which means the ideal candidate will be on-site occasionally to meet with teams and provide in-person expertise. Successfully hired candidates must be located near a major metropolitan city.

• Expertise using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator), Axure, etc.;
• Demonstrated ability to translate a client’s brand into modern-looking user interfaces and other digital multimedia, following visual design best practices for mobile and desktop applications;
• An understanding of modern code, like HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS, and other multimedia production to create working prototypes and interactive stories is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience research and/or design teams is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX, business (eg. Marketing, Sales), product management, and/or technology/IT/engineering) is a plus.

The qualified candidate will have the following:

• A strong interest working in digital health is required.
• Candidates should have the ability to travel to client locations (25%) to work with teams and provide in-person expertise.
• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered (religious/medical exemptions can be requested on a limited basis upon hire.)
• Candidates must possess work authorization for employment.
• Must have 4 Year Degree (Strong preference for design or art degree - will consider English, Marketing, or Communications)
