WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Video Specialist in the Global Design Studios team, you will be a leader in the Video team, driving production and post-production services on client projects. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with BCG and Global Design Studios quality standards.
You will apply visual storytelling techniques through editing, motion graphics, and sound design, and drive collaboration with team members to support the creation of content based on an agreed brief in compliance with BCG standards. You will drive both independent and team projects, set timelines, ensure that all deadlines are met, and communicate with clients while ensuring client satisfaction and quality standards. You will also work with producers on video production to ensure technical accuracy.
In addition, you will be a mentor to team members, providing guidance, training, and support throughout their career development. You will oversee other team members’ work, provide support as needed, and onboard and mentor new Video team hires.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• You display mastery in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro.

• You have an expert ability to tell a visual story through visuals and sound.

• You have proven advanced technical proficiency in video production and mastery of post-production workflows, tools, and methodologies.

• You have advanced knowledge of other layer- and node-based compositing software.

• You are able to support all video creation decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning.

• You are capable of interacting with internal/external senior stakeholders in a structured and effective way.

• You can operate video equipment (audio, video, light) for production of interviews, statements, b-roll and other footage. Experience in handling an ARRI Alexa Mini camera is a plus.

• You are able to flex your approach from a design and working style perspective depending on the needs of the project and client.

• You can work independently and solve problems and work under time constrains.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• You have at least four to six years of relevant experience in a professional services environment, design start-up, or design agency.

• You have excellent German and English language skills.
