Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for the Department of Commerce Enterprise Security Operations Center (DOC ESOC) Contract. The candidate will join a customer-facing team that designs, plan, and implement multi-tenant environments. This position will be part of a growing IT team working on multiple information systems in a high-demand setting. 

Location: DC, remote subject to customer approval 

Primary Responsibilities: 

The successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be: 

  • Participate in full software development life-cycle (SDLC) processes 
  • Design and develop new ServiceNow workflows and integrations according to the project, process, and customer objectives 
  • Ability to re-engineer existing processes to build ServiceNow workflows in ServiceNow Incident Response and IT Service Management 
  • Advanced UI designs and concepts 
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements" 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5+ years of professional experience 
  • Ability to obtain an interim DoD Secret security clearance before the start date or holds an active Secret level or higher security clearance 
  • Domain expertise in at least 3 ServiceNow products (CRM, ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, etc.); ITSM and Change Management are preferred 
  • Improving and expanding upon ITSM techniques currently in use 
  • Experience designing and configuring CMDB 
  • Must be able to interact effectively with developers, system stakeholders, and the Customer 
  • Experience with designing and implementing a multi-tenant ITSM solution for various customers 

Desired Qualification: 

  • ServiceNow certification such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)  

Pay Range:

Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
