Park Area Ambassador, Restrooms and Pathways (Sesame Place)
Are you something of a clean freak? Do you consistently expect to exceed others expectations? Is good just never good enough for you? We’re looking for dedicated, diligent, energetic individuals to deliver exceptional guest services throughout our park.

What you get to do:
As a Park Area Ambassador responsible for restrooms, pathways and stadiums, you’ll ensure an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:

• Maintain cleanliness of restroom/park areas
• Operate vacuums
• Stock restroom supplies
• Maintain/organize storage closet
• Notify leadership of any supplies needed
• Report any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities
• Sweep debris from pathways while scanning landscape for trash
• Maintain hand washing stations
• Change trash bags
• Clean restrooms
• Ensure safe and efficient line speed and crowd flow through stadiums
• Interact with guests and answer guest questions
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Direct guests to attractions
• Assist with park emergencies, including inclement weather
• Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• Able to positively interact with guests and co-workers of all ages, with different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language, and individuals with special needs
• At least 16 years of age
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable working with large crowds in a fast paced environment
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work in outside weather conditions, year-round in most weather conditions
• Must be able to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl, or kneel
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Availability and Hours:

• During the non-peak season, must have 2 days of unrestricted availability, to include one weekend day
• During the peak season, must have 4 days of unrestricted availability, to include one weekend day
• You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Hours vary based on business need
