Job Description

This position implements program policies and procedures for the overall operation of an entire children’s center and provides a high quality program by following NC Pre-K guidelines, Head Start Performance Standards and the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education. The Site Supervisor oversees and supervises the management functions to ensure quality, safety, and all applicable local/state/federal program compliance.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:                                                                                                                                                

Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or a related field with a NC Child Care Administrator Credential, Level III. Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.

EXPERIENCE: 
Three years of experience administering/directing a NC licensed 5-star child care facility/program. Early Head Start/Head Start/NC Pre-K experience preferred.
