Position Summary: Accountable for expanding existing relationships and delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of client accounts, directly supplying to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, and enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects. Grows revenue by successfully counseling clients on additional lines of insurance, consistently achieving operational productivity and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully growing and profitably managing an assigned group of client accounts;
  • Building relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care
  • Reviewing existing accounts for additional lines or limit increase opportunities
  • Securing existing business and actively driving the sale of additional services and lines of coverage
  • Drives the insurance program design, marketing and service strategy for their clients;
  • Takes a leadership role in the renewal process.
  • Leads appropriate resources to address the client's needs.
  • Coaches Client Service Managers and/or Associates through continuous learning, honest feedback, and strong talent development strategies.
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
Desired:
  • Insurance knowledge - P&C experience required.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.   • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
