Job Duty

  • Partner with Business Management team, Clients, and eCommerce companies to help deliver strong sales growth and excellent customer support:
    • Marketing Services
      • Develop strategies based on Client’s goals
      • Manage and optimize Clients’ campaigns to maximize sales
      • Create brand pages/stores
    • Content Management
      • Build enhanced content pages that showcase competitive differentiation and cross-promotional opportunities
    • Promotions Management
      • Help execute marketing promotions, online coupons, promo codes, etc.
      • Report back on key promotional metrics with clients
    • Keyword Optimizations
      • Create best-in-class catalog pages with a focus on SEO (titles, bullet points, product description, hidden keywords)
  • Additional responsibilities
    • Manage promotional budgets for multiple clients (20+)
    • Manage, coach, lead, and develop Digital Coordinators and Digital Marketing Specialists
    • Optimize product sales potential through meaningful content and images
    • Correspond and consult with clients via email, phone calls, in-person meetings, and reports to improve and/or maintain performance

Supervisory Responsibilities

 

Direct Reports

- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

 

Indirect Reports

- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

 

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

 

- Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job but may be required

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required):    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience             

 

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Digital Marketing

8+ Years of experience in related field

  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Research & Analysing Skills
  • Well Organized, Detail Oriented, & able to Handle Fast Paced Work Environment
  • Ability to Work Independently & Prioritize with minimal supervision, in order to Meet Deadlines
  • Ability to Visualize & Plan Objectives & Goals Strategically
  • Track Record of Building & Maintaining Customer/Client Relationships
  • Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers
  • Experience using G-Suite is a plus

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
