L.L.Bean is currently searching for a Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst to join the L.L.Bean for Business team located in Freeport, Maine.
Position Purpose:
This role is focused on increasing brand awareness and purchase consideration for our target B2B customers online, and optimizing ecommerce platforms and media in support of L.L.Bean for Business channel growth. The goal of this work is to drive quality, high-converting traffic to llbeanbusiness.com. This role is also responsible for identifying and testing emerging opportunities in the market, as well as providing analysis on campaign performance. Responsible for planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing programs and projects that support B4B channel demand, profit, and file growth goals. Works individually and as part of a team to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across brand and performance media, social, content, search, and other media platforms as necessary. Works individually and as part of a team to manage budgets on a monthly basis, analyze financial considerations, and provide advanced level analysis on project/program performance.
Responsibilities
- Development, presentation, and implementation of digital marketing initiatives that support channel ecommerce growth strategy
- Develop timelines and project plans, and manage projects to launch in accordance; optimize selling expense investment in line with channel goals and strategic initiatives
- Tracking and monitoring online marketing trends in the BtoC and BtoB space; placing an emphasis on staying current on trends and opportunities in the digital space
- Provide advanced level analysis of project performance relative to key success metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, etc.), clearly articulate results, and optimize campaigns as needed
- Collect and analyze customer, marketing and online behavioral data; trying to further understand the journey our customers take and opportunities to improve the journey or apply marketing techniques to increase conversion
- Primary contact for digital marketing vendors in matters of plan creation, execution, reporting, and optimization; negotiate with vendors for contract review and renewal
- Manage related selling budgets and forecasts, including overseeing invoice process
- Active participant in annual budget planning, as well as in-season forecasts
- May include managing direct report(s), in adherence to company policies, programs and procedures when developing employees
- Assume additional responsibilities as required

Education Level: 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: 3+ years
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of marketing, especially digital marketing platforms and practices
- Experience working in a B2B environment preferred, though not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Creative; idea generator and problem solver
- Well-developed project management skills; proven ability to develop and implement complex marketing projects preferred
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, articulate findings, and develop optimization plans at the project and/or program level
- Experience with Google Analytics and other data/reporting tools
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other media platforms
- Able to develop operating budgets and forecasts
- Familiarity with developing a long-term strategy
- Effective at facilitating cross functional communications, and working collaboratively with channel and cross-functional partners
- Driven to produce results; solicits input and drives decisions.
- Adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships externally & internally
- Team player, flexible, able to adapt to change
- Ability to negotiate effectively and "close"
- Ability to mentor less experienced staff
- Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of the L.L.Bean outdoor brand positioning preferred
